“The care given extends to family members.  Time is spent on keeping us in appraised with our mother welfare, but also in asking how we are.”

Clinical Team

Over the years, we have built and maintained a close and collaborative relationship with Ramsbury Surgery, to ensure seamless and continuous care for our residents. We work very closely with our GPs to coordinate medical treatment and provide a personalised approach to each resident’s health needs. This strong partnership allows us to quickly address any changes in health, manage medications, and ensure that all residents receive timely and appropriate medical attention. By maintaining open communication with our local healthcare providers, we ensure that our residents benefit from coordinated, high-quality care that promotes their overall well-being and comfort.

Our physiotherapist plays a key role in maintaining and improving mobility, strength, and flexibility. She develops personalised rehabilitation and exercise plans to support residents in improving their physical function, preventing injuries, and managing chronic conditions. Whether it’s recovering from surgery, managing arthritis, or simply maintaining independence, our physiotherapist is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for each resident.

By working closely with a range of clinical professionals, including SALT, Prospect Hospice, Stroke Clinic, Parkinson’s Specialist Nurses, and the Memory Clinic, we provide a holistic approach tailored to meet resident’s individual needs.
